SHIPPING POLICY
At RawGlow, we believe great skincare should reach your door without any extra cost. That is why we offer free standard shipping across the United Kingdom on every single order — no minimum spend required.
Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and seasonal sales.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@rawglow.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 2 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that personalised or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once opened, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
